Fleet home to Worthing in the Cup

The Kuflink Stadium will host the Fourth Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup as Ebbsfleet United were drawn at home to Worthing in today’s draw at Wembley.

The Sussex side are currently second in the Bostik Premier Division and have beaten Faversham Town, Chelmsford City and Moneyfields in this season’s competition – all away from home. They last reached Round One in 1999/2000. The Rebels are managed by former Brighton defender Adam Hinshelwood.

We have met Worthing on three previous occasions, all in the FA Trophy. In 1983/84 we lost 2-0 in a replay after a 2-2 draw at Stonebridge Road. And in 1999/2000 we won 2-0 at home.

The tie will take place on Saturday, October 20th, kick-off 3pm. Any replay will take place on the following Wednesday at the Bibby Financial Services Stadium.

Admission will be our standard prices (adult – £15, concession – £12, junior – £7), though U12s will be charged £1 as per FA Regulations.
