Work on the refurbishment of the Stonebridge Road stadium is continuing at a pace as the pictures show.
Vice chairman Peter Varney said, “PHB Construction Ltd are making good progress with the repainting and roof cladding programme – with the preparatory work on all four stands being at an advanced stage. The first stand roof will come off on Friday under the supervision of our health and safety consultants and every day the stadium is starting to look better.
“Our maintenance team and ground staff have been brilliant in the supporting work they are undertaking around the stadium.The new pitch is growing well and we are on course to meet our works programme timetable in all areas.”
