Supporters who have purchased season-tickets for 2022/23 are able to collect their new cards from our reception area starting with Saturday’s match against Colchester United.
They may also be picked up on weekdays from 10am-5pm from reception and again before the Herne Bay match on Saturday, July 30th. You may also collect from reception before the first league game against Chippenham Town on Saturday, August 6th but we would urge if possible for collection before then to ease any queues.
Please have your details to hand (ticket and/or purchaser surname[s] plus ticket type… adult, concession, youth, etc) to aid our staff in locating cards quickly. Tickets must be collected as we wish to avoid any potential delay or loss in the post.
Lounge membership cards and car-park passes will be available during next week, with an exact date to be communicated to those requiring them shortly.
This season’s cards contain QR codes scannable at the turnstiles as with our online matchday tickets. We will still be using a dedicated season-ticket gate for you but you may also enter via other turnstiles.
