Police Conduct Office requests Aldershot witnesses

The club has received a request from the Independent Office for Police Conduct who are currently conducting an independent investigation into an incident which occurred after the Aldershot vs Ebbsfleet match on Wednesday 2 May.

They are investigating an interaction that took place between a Hampshire police officer and a group of young Aldershot fans directly after the match. The incident took place on Readan Hill which is the road that runs parallel to the ground between the away fans exit and Aldershot train station. Witness accounts they have already obtained suggest there may have been a group of Ebbsfleet fans who witnessed this interaction and may have made comments to the police officer on the night.

The IOPC would be really interested in speaking with any individuals who may have witnessed the incident. If any Fleet fans did witness the incident(s), please contact the IOPC via email or phone (details below)
