Ebbsfleet United FC has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, innovative and committed individual to join us as full-time Head Performance Analyst to strengthen our existing performance department.
The successful candidate will be a football analysis specialist who can provide in-depth reviews and data to assist the first-team manager, coaches, players, football and administrative staff.
The position, based out of the club’s Kuflink Stadium, Northfleet, requires flexibility around hours including first-team training plus home and away fixtures in pre-season and throughout the regular season.
As head performance analyst you will be responsible for duties including: filming and live-code training sessions and matches along with the capture and delivery live of in-game feedback to coaches and medical staff; creation of video clips and presentations for pre-match and post-match team meetings in collaboration with the coaching staff; providing reports about opposition team analysis within a timely manner; and providing reports on players to assist with the club’s recruitment process.
