At the request of the Danzey family, Ebbsfleet United can now share the following details regarding the funeral and celebration of life of the late Peter Danzey.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 20th September at Thamesview Crematorium at 12pm. This will then be followed by light refreshments at Ebbsfleet United.
A procession will be held through the Kuflink Stadium at approximately 11:15am prior to the funeral and the Danzey family have invited fans to come down to the stadium to pay their respects if they so wish.
Peter’s family have also set up a Tribute Fund page in support of Macmillan Cancer Support and any donations will be greatly appreciated. You can donate online in Peter’s memory by clicking here.
Everyone at Ebbsfleet United would like to thank our fans and all football people at so many other clubs for their continuing support and tributes to honour Peter, who was such a highly regarded figure at the Fleet. He will be sorely missed by everyone who worked or watched football alongside him and we know so many of our supporters will want to pay their respects.
