Boxing Day derby postponed

The Fleet’s home game against Dartford in the Vanarama National League South this Boxing Day has been postponed.

The club received notice from league officials this morning that a member of Dartford’s squad had tested positive for Covid-19. In medical consultation with the League and FA and as per the current guidelines, Dartford have been placed in a period of isolation, resulting in the postponement of our Boxing Day fixture.

We of course send our good wishes to all at Dartford FC at this time and look forward to playing them on January 2nd at Princes Park and again at home when that fixture is rescheduled.

Anyone who has purchased livestream access can either contact Sportradar/InPlayer for a refund here or wait until the game is rescheduled, when any purchases will still be valid.

The Fleet squad have been in training today and will now concentrate on the next fixture which is away at Welling United on Monday, December 28th.
