Ebbsfleet United and Whitehawk supporters have raised a total in excess of £500 in aid of the memorial fund set up following the Shoreham air crash.
As well as the collection, a minute’s silence was held at last Saturday’s game to remember all the victims of the tragedy, including two footballers from Worthing United – Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt.
The club would like to thank both sets of supporters for their generosity on the day and we will be passing on the funds raised through the appropriate channels.
