Weston grabs hat-trick on world stage

Myles Weston scored a hat-trick on Friday as he helped Antigua & Barbuda to a 6-0 win over the Bahamas in the CONCACAF Nations League qualifying tournament match.

The Fleet winger fired home two first-half penalties and wrapped up his hat-trick 13 minutes from time, sweeping in a pass to the right of the box from eight yards. His first two goals came from the penalty spot on 12 minutes and 43 minutes, struck to different sides of the goalkeeper each time.

Antigua’s next match is in Martinique on 20th November.

Ebou Adams, meanwhile, helped Gambia to a 1-1 draw in Togo with the return fixture scheduled for Tuesday night.
