Fleet’s youth players get the chance to showcase their abilities in the first week of September as Stonebridge Road hosts an U21/Development squad game and an FA Youth Cup tie.
The U21 fixture takes place on Monday, 7th September, kick-off 7pm. Although billed as ‘U21’, clubs will agree on the inclusion of a certain amount of over-age players in order for some of the first-team squad to get a runout. Admission is free.
Two days later, on Wednesday 9th September, our FA Youth Cup Preliminary Round tie at home to Lingfield has been brought forward. Also kicking off at 7pm, admission for this one is £5 (adults), £3 (concessions) and £1 (U12s-U16s).
