Ebbsfleet United’s away shirt sponsors MiddletonMurray were named as the winners of the ‘Best Medium Sized Business’ Award at the second annual Bexley Business Awards, which were held at the Marriott Hotel, Bexleyheath – and in honour of that, the award was presented to the company at Stonebridge Road last weekend.
The Sidcup-based recruitment and training specialists announced a strategic partnership with the Fleet last summer. This new initiative was created to enable MiddletonMurray and the Fleet to work closely together to address youth unemployment in Gravesham. The new deal saw MiddletonMurray become become the Fleet’s ‘Official Recruitment & Employment Sponsor’ and the MiddletonMurray logo now features prominently on the front of the team’s away shirt this season.
To highlight Fleet’s appreciation of the support that MiddletonMurray gives to the Club and to recognise and celebrate MiddletonMurray’s success, Peter Varney, vice chairman of Ebbsfleet United and director Stuart Butler-Gallie arranged for the ‘Best Medium Sized Business’ Award to be presented again on the pitch.
