Ebbsfleet United, in common with other clubs around the Vanarama National League this weekend, will be holding a minute’s silence at Saturday’s home match as a mark of respect for those who lost their lives in the Shoreham air accident.
Among the victims were two footballers on their way to an away game – Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt of Worthing United. There will also be a bucket collection organised by the Fleet Trust and volunteers at the Whitehawk game should supporters wish to contribute.
