The club can confirm that pre-existing capacity limits at the Kuflink Stadium, set during lockdown and in place through the summer, have now been lifted following consultation with our safety advisory group and local authority.
A restricted number of seats are still in place in the Old Main Stand and there will be some existing Covid protocols around movement and walkways in place to ensure the safety and protection of all our supporters and visitors, so please may we remind you to observe any signage in place and cooperate with staff and stewards as we welcome a league fixture at the Fleet for the first time since February 2020.
We would also like to thank everyone who has attended friendlies in the summer for your care, attention and understanding surrounding the restrictions and protocols in place. The cooperation of our supporters has played a huge part in getting our stadium back to near-full capacity.
We can’t wait to hear the ground ring with your cheers and songs once again so make sure you book your ticket online (see below) or even better, take advantage of our season-ticket offer which runs right up to Saturday!
SEASON TICKETS AND ONLINE SALES
If you have ordered season tickets, they may be picked up before the match or, to alleviate any waiting time, we would advise you to get to the ground on weekdays if you can to pick up tickets. If you wish to purchase a season-ticket before Saturday, please visit https://shop.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk/product/season-tickets.
Likewise, our online ticketing sales platform at fleetlive.club currently has tickets available for both the Tonbridge and Hemel Hempstead matches. Again, we would advise pre-purchase for both your and our convenience in gaining admission to the ground.
On-the-day ticket sales will, however, continue to be available from the windows by main reception from 1pm, accepting card and cash payments. Turnstiles open at 1pm but please remember they will only be accepting online tickets (printed out or on your device) and tickets bought at the windows on matchday. The dedicated season-ticket gate will continue to accept season-ticket cards as usual.
CAR PARKING
Car-parking as per usual on matchdays is available at Ebbsfleet International Car Park C for £3. Please have the correct change if possible to aid our parking staff. Please note that the areas near to Northfleet Station, namely Railway Street and Hamerton Road, have recently become resident/permit-only parking and non-valid vehicles will be ticketed. The area on Thamesway before the roundabout as you approach the Kuflink Stadium is a designated clearway –though that is not particularly apparent as you approach – so you are advised not to park here because of the risk of being ticketed.
RESERVED SEATING
Season-ticket holders who had reserved seats in 2019/20 – these seat reservations remain unchanged and you may return to your familiar viewing position from this Saturday.
For all new seat reservations, we will be in touch over the next few days so you can select the place you wish to reserve for league games in 2021/22.
