The Fleet Trust has issued a last call for volunteers this coming Saturday to help out Stonebridge Road.
If you’re missing the old place in the close season or simply want to help spruce up Stonebridge Road, then the old ‘Dartford hut’ has been emptied and is ready to be broken up and cleared from its existing site.
There are also one or two paint projects that can be started and hopefully finished as well as the removal of one of the old turnstile gates.
The weather looks set fair, but please remember to bring plenty of drinks with you. We will be supplying tea/coffee and biscuits but as budgets are tight will not be able to supply lunch as in previous years, so for those hungry workers among you, remember your sandwiches!
