Jack Payne has departed the Fleet having today signed for fellow National League club Eastleigh.
The 27-year-old midfielder signed from Blackpool in the summer of 2017 and has featured 61 times for the club, 36 of those games coming last season.
Payne spent a small part of that campaign on loan at Eastleigh, who pipped the Fleet to a play-off place in 2018/19, and he will now call the Silverlake Stadium home for 2019/20.
The club thanks Jack for his contribution to our National League campaigns over the past two seasons and wishes him the very best of luck at Eastleigh and in his future career.
