The Fleet, in partnership with sports media services provider Sportradar, have launched our 2020/21 Vanarama National League South streaming platform at https://live.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk.
Sportradar were responsible for delivering the Vanarama National League play-offs during the summer and are working with a number of the league’s clubs including the Fleet through 2020/21 as fixtures continue to be played behind closed doors.
This platform is now operational and you can buy streaming tickets priced at £9.99 for this Saturday’s game v Dulwich Hamlet and other forthcoming home matches. Our Emirates FA Cup game v Chippenham Town next Tuesday is also now live for purchase.
SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS
We will be contacting season-ticket holders by email each match – if you require a code to stream the game for free as part of your package, please respond to that email and we will issue your code in good time before Saturday’s kick-off.
This will be the process for further league games and we will issue unique codes to you to use on a match-by-match basis.
If you have not received a code before any home league game, please email ed.miller@eufc.co.uk and Matthew.faithorn@eufc.co.uk before matchday if possible.
Accessing livestream (ST holders)
To access the live game at the appropriate time, go to https://live.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk and click on the relevant match, then select ‘WATCH NOW’* – the popup will ask you to register first (on first use) by clicking ‘Sign Up’ and entering your details and then ‘Register’. If already registered, login and enter your unique Season Ticket voucher code for the match.

PURCHASING SINGLE MATCH STREAM TICKETS
(NON-SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS)
Visit https://live.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk and browse the available fixtures. To purchase, select your chosen fixture and click on the WATCH NOW* button. A payment popup will appear, enter your details and email address. A confirmation will be emailed to you.
Accessing livestream
Please note that you do not need a code to watch the match that you have purchased. All you have to do is log in with your registered email address via https://live.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk at the scheduled time and date.
Due to the continual uncertainty around the timelines of supporters being allowed back into stadiums this season, we have not implemented season passes for streaming at this stage and we hope of course to see supporters welcomed back to the Kuflink Stadium as soon as permitted.

REWATCHING GAMES
If you have purchased a match stream ticket, you may watch the game on demand for a period of 30 days (you will have to wait to rewatch until Monday AM for Saturday games and Wednesday midday for Tuesday games due to league embargoes).
CHANGING DEVICES
You may only watch purchased streams on one device at a time. If you change devices, the original device will be automatically disabled to allow you to play on any new device.
WATCHING VIA SMART TVs
We are unable to give specific advice on configuring smart TVs or casting between devices as much of this is dependent on your home setup. The Sportradar platform does allow you to cast to your TV using a Chromecast device. You can also connect an HDMI cable from your laptop/tablet to a TV and those using Apple Air Play function to an Apple TV device can do it that way. Please note that all forms of screen sharing can affect the stream quality.

For all other paying customers, please use the contact tab HERE on our streaming platform for any queries related to match access, voucher codes or payment problems – and a representative from Sportradar’s Payment Provider Support team will respond. The club is unable to process these queries so you will need to contact Sportradar via the contact form.
