Following the cancellation by Bowers & Pitsea of tonight’s (Tuesday) pre-season friendly, the Fleet have moved to fill the gap this week at short notice by welcoming Ramsgate to the Kuflink Stadium on Wednesday (July 20th), kick-off 7.30pm.
There will be discounted admission with a charge of just £5 for all (adults, concession and youths) with U12s admitted free. Tickets can be obtained as usual online here or via the ticket windows before kick-off.
Due to the short notice of hosting this game at the Kuflink Stadium, there will be limitations to some of our usual matchday services but we will be providing refreshments, the bar will be open for beers as usual along with our food kiosk and Car Park C at Ebbsfleet International. We thank all our supporters for their understanding in advance of the match.
Given the careful pre-season preparations made for friendlies and the crucial nature of game time/player load and minutes for our squad, it is important that the schedule for them is adhered to as closely as possible. Therefore the addition of a game this week to replace the Bowers & Pitsea match was of utmost importance to our management staff and we thank Ramsgate – and welcome back their boss Steve Lovell to the Fleet – for their flexibility in providing the opposition.
Supporters attending the game may also wish to view the new Northfleet Harbourside stadium/development proposals, with our drop-in event providing more details on that running from 4-8pm on Wednesday night as well.
