Fleet boss Liam Daish wins the Blue Square Premier Manager of the Month award…
Liam Daish has won the Blue Square Premier Manager of the Month award for January. The Fleet boss racked up three straight league wins during the first month of 2008, twice by a scoreline of 4-1 and once ending Burton Albion’s unbeaten away record. He also kept the Fleet advancing on all fronts with wins in the FA Trophy and Kent Senior Cup. Ahead of the visit to Stonebridge Road by Exeter City on Saturday, Liam will of course be hoping that the famous ‘Manager of the Month curse’ passes safely overhead.
