George Purcell has today put pen to paper on another year’s contract to keep him at Stonebridge Road for the 2008/09 season.
The 20-year-old former Gillingham winger-cum-striker will embark on his third season with the club having featured 50 times already under manager Liam Daish and scored four goals.
Purcell is the 10th signatory from last season’s squad to commit himself for the campaign ahead and negotiations with remaining players are ongoing.
