Dagenham’s Scott lands loan deal

Ebbsfleet United have signed Dagenham & Redbridge striker Josh Scott on one month’s loan.

Scott, aged 27, joined the Daggers in 2009 from Hayes & Yeading and signed a two-year contract extension with the club in March last year.

The London-born frontman spent six seasons at Hayes, scoring 25 goals in the season that earned the club promotion to the Blue Square Premier. He followed that up with 10 goals to help Dagenham into League One in 2010, becoming the only player to score four times in one play-off match.

Fleet also welcome to the club Stefan Payne who has signed for the remainder of the season and have taken on youth loan for the remainder of the season the following players from Millwall: Toby Alabi and Adedamola Shitta.

The club are also please to announce that Jack Saville’s loan has been extended to the end of the season.

These players are to replace some of the recent departures from the club. All are eligible to play in the fixture against Macclesfield.
