Alex lands loan deal at Concord

Alex Osborn has agreed a month-long loan deal with fellow Vanarama Conference South side Concord Rangers.

He has made 12 appearances this season but spent time out through injury, returning in Fleet’s win at Welling United in the FA Trophy and also starring as a wing back in the victory over league leaders Boreham Wood.

Fleet boss Jamie Day said, “As has obviously been well-publicised, we have a large squad and game time can’t be guaranteed so players who might have limited first-team opportunities are able to utilise loan deals to keep themselves match fit and playing, as in Alex’s case with this move to Concord Rangers.”

Concord are currently in 13th place, nine points off the play-offs but have played only 21 games.
